THE LITTLE HOURS || Premiering at the Sundance Film Festival, The Little Hours stars Alison Brie, Aubrey Plaza, and Kate Micucci as foul-mouthed, sexualized nuns who take their aggression and sexuality out on a young servant, played by Dave Franco, who escapes from his master and hides in the covenant. Nick Offerman, John C. Reilly, Fred Armisan, and Molly Shannon also star. Director Jeff Baena (Life After Beth and Joshy) takes on his junior project, to which he also wrote. The film is based on the first tale of the third day in The Decameron, a collection on novellas by Giovanni Boccaccio, from the 14th century.
