By far the best release this week is “Sucker Punch” (4.5 Stars) which did not get very good reviews, but having seen it in the theater, I will probably end up purchasing it. “Barney’s Version” (4 Stars), with Paul Giamatti and Dustin Hoffman, was nominated for Best Make-Up at the Oscars this past year and was a great comedic film.
Since writing this, I made sure to see “Beastly” (1 Star), “Season of the Witch” (1.5 Stars), and “The Warrior’s Way” (2.5 Stars), making this week quite a mixed review as far as quality of films.
