Last year, I was positive Daft Punk would be nominated for Best Original Score for their work on “Tron: Legacy”, yet come nomination time, they were snubbed. So now when The Chemical Brothers are up for consideration for Best Original Score, I am leery to assume that they will be nominated. We can only hope. Apart from the score, I do not see many nominations coming out of this film just because it is mainly an action film and those rarely build steam into the Oscars.
