The first “Kung Fu Panda” was a great film, funny and charming, witty and action-ey, but not award-worthy (though it was nominated at the 2008 Oscars against “Bolt” and “WALL-E” for which the latter won). Since I have not seen the newest sequel, I cannot speak for sure, but unless it is incredibly better than the original, I do not see it as an Academy Award winning animated film. Out of the eighteen films in consideration, I feel like there are three to five films much more qualified than this one. None-the-less:
