Of the foreign films that I have glanced at thus far, “Montevideo” is the first film that appears Oscar-worthy. The cinematography appears on par with its Hollywood counter parts and the performances come off well even in the trailer. Coming from Serbia, “Montevideo” won the Audience Choice Award at the Moscow International Film Festival.
