Any time a documentary lifts the curtain on certain issues, it usually makes for entertaining and enlightening productions. Much like last year’s “GasLand” which was a filmmaker with his own camera, driving around and getting regular people’s input on the state of their drinking water, “Semper Fi” is a military man stepping forward and speaking up about certain pollution caused by the military.
