BRANDED / In the realm of science fiction and social statements, a new sci-fi film starring Max Von Sydow and the ravishing Leelee Sobieski gets an official American trailer today. Branded brings to light the idea that there is an invisible entity controlling the minds of the world’s population. As always, the fate of the world is left up to ONE MAN who much UNLOCK THE TRUTH. Though these weak and done-to-death statements make the film sound unoriginal, the trailer actually creates quite the unique world, in which Ed Stoppard faces a world of strange brand creatures. The trailer keeps things vague while presenting the key sci-fi elements as well as some truly creative visuals.
