Chris Renaud is no stranger to Dr. Seuss adaptations, with “Horton Hears A Who” also under his belt, and he’s no stranger to the Academy Awards, with a nomination in 2007 for an Animated Short by the name, “No Time For Nuts”, starring the “Ice Age” character, Scrat.
