GEOSTORM || A film about natural disasters feels a little too soon seeing as our country just got rocked by hurricanes this year, but Warner Bros. apparently does not think so as “Geostorm” hits with Gerard Butler and Abbie Cornish starring.
ONLY THE BRAVE || Josh Brolin and Miles Teller tell the true story of the Granite Mountain Hotshots in “Only The Brave,” the story of natural firefighters training to take on these unrelenting forces. Again, feels a little too soon as fires ravage Southern California but Sony goes full steam ahead.
THE SNOWMAN || How a thriller based on a best-seller and starring Michael Fassbender could be so panned, I am not sure, but “The Snowman” spouted a big game and came up short. Regardless, Fassbender is a formidable star and could easily pull off any character, even if his name is Detective Harry Hole.
TYLER PERRY’S BOO 2! A MADEA HALLOWEEN || Since the previous film made so much money, it was only a matter of time before Tyler Perry made a sequel to his Halloween hit. Unfortunately for most people, however, we wish he’d stop making movies and for that, I haven’t even watched the trailer.
