HONEST TRAILERS: THE INCREDIBLE HULK

Since “Black Panther” isn’t on DVD yet, this week, in honor of the release of “Avengers: Infinity War,” Honest Trailers does “The Incredible Hulk,” the only other MCU film that haven’t done yet. As expected, they poke fun at the fact that Norton is eventually “Terrence Howard’d” out of the franchise, replaced by the much better Mark Ruffalo. They tease that Liv Tyler is given absolutely nothing (and no one) to do and is never seen again, not even in an Easter egg. They miss pointing out the fact that William Hurt, however, does reprise his role. And they hit the nail on the head while they describe the plot as such: “join Bruce as he runs away from the military, runs away from the military, and runs away from the military… again!” They also point out that this film had a terrible villain that looks exactly like the big bad in “Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice” and that this film made very little money in comparison to the numbers that Marvel Studios pull in currently, citing that it’s “Green Lantern” money. Jon Bailey continues to be my favorite part of these trailers, with great expressions like “From Marvel Studios… and Universal!?!?”, his questioning of whether Eric Bana ever played the Hulk (he did, unfortunately), and his ogling over all the abs shown in the MCU (“aaaabbbbbsssss”).

Official Synopsis: With Avengers: Infinity War coming out, return to phase 1 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe for the only MCU movie we put off doing for years – It’s The Incredible Hulk!
