MICHAEL ANDERSON
January 30, 1920 – April 25, 2018 (age 98)
Cause of Death: Natural Causes

Best known for directing “Around the World in 80 Days” (1956) and earning an Academy Award nomination for Best Directing, Michael Anderson would go on to direct another sci-fi classic titled “Logan’s Run” (1976), which is still referenced by sci-fi directors today. Although he will truly be missed, his legacy will live on forever.
