The Houston Film Critics Society named “The Power of the Dog” their Best Picture of the year in their fifteenth year. Jane Campion won two awards, for Best Director and Screenplay, and Benedict Cumberbatch and Kodi Smit-McPhee both won acting awards for their work in “The Power of the Dog.”
