Viva Las Vegas! The Las Vegas Film Critics Society rightfully honored “Elvis” with a few awards, including the aptly titled Doja Cat song “Vegas” winning Best Song and Catherine Martin winning Best Costume Design. However, that was not the big winner as “Everything Everywhere All at Once,” and the Daniels continued their awards season domination, winning Best Picture, Director, Actress, Supporting Actor, Original Screenplay, Film Editing, and Best Horror/Sci-Fi Film. Also winning awards were two of A24’s other films, “The Whale” and “Aftersun.” Guillermo del Toro’s “Pinocchio” won multiple awards, as did “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” and “Top Gun: Maverick.”
