Please tell me we live in a world where “The Banshees of Inisherin” and “Everything Everywhere All At Once” will be the frontrunners at this year’s Oscars. Yet again, these two films split the honors the Boston Online Film Critics Association gave. “Banshees” would take the top prize of Best Feature as well as Colin Farrell and Kerry Condon receiving acting awards and Martin McDonagh grabbing Best Screenplay. The Daniels win Best Director, despite missing out on Best Picture, and Ke Huy Quan continues his sweep of the awards season and is hopefully locking up one of those Oscar nomination spots.

Boston Online Film Critics Association

The Boston Online Film Critics Association was established in May of 2012 in order to foster a community of web-based film critics and provide them with a supportive group of colleagues and a professional platform for their voices to be heard. In addition, we seek to become active members of the Boston film community by sponsoring screenings, supporting local film festivals, offering educational outreaches, and celebrating the achievements of individuals who make Boston a haven for cinephiles.
